Refurbishment Service Overview
Our refurbishment service is carried out at the original factory by the same skilled craftsmen who made your shoes. It includes:

Replacement of both sole and heel*

Re-lasting and polishing

New internal sock and laces (if necessary)
Please note:
This service does not include repairs to the uppers (e.g. stitching, refinishing, etc.).
Processing Time
Please allow approximately 16–20 weeks for completion.
* The artwork and quotations on the soles, as well as the internal sock stamp, are subject to change. New components may not match the originals exactly.

Important Information

All shoes must be clean and free of dirt/debris before being returned.

An initial assessment will be carried out at our Northampton Head Office before your shoes are dispatched to the factory.
Note:
We regret that we cannot accept shoes that have been previously repaired by a third party.

The refurbishment service involves almost as many steps as the original construction. It is not quick, and it is not inexpensive—but it restores your shoes to the highest possible standard.
