Internet And Mail Order Returns Policy:

Internet and Mail order returns are accepted in unworn condition and within 28 days of the customer receiving the item, however the customer will incur all postage costs unless the product is faulty, in which case a full refund or replacement will be offered.

Refurbishments:

£110 inc. UK return postage

Both the sole and the heel are replaced and the shoe is re-lasted. Although shoes are polished the service does not include repairs to the uppers.

We are unable to service shoes that have been repaired by a third party

We will not telephone you unless the telephone call relates to a particular order that you have made. Credit card and debit card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are only dispatched once authorisation has been obtained.

To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We may use information concerning you for payment recovery or to investigate any possible fraud in the event that credit or debit card payments have been used in a fraudulent manner. Please note that we may be required to disclose information concerning you if requested to do so by the police.

• Eligibility
  The 10% new-subscriber voucher is available to eligible subscribers who sign up to our mailing list through any eligible newsletter sign-up form on our website, including the website footer.

• One Voucher Per Email Address
  The voucher may be issued once only per email address. Any email address that has previously received or used a 10% new-subscriber voucher will not be eligible for another.

• Existing Subscribers
  Subscribers who joined our mailing list before this promotion was introduced may still be eligible to receive the voucher once, provided their email address has not previously received or used one.

• Previously Issued Vouchers
  If a voucher has already been issued to an email address and remains unused, attempting to subscribe again will not generate a new voucher. The original voucher remains valid until used or expired.

• Voucher Validity
  The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Once used or expired, the email address will no longer be eligible for another 10% new-subscriber voucher.

• Re-subscribing After Unsubscribing
  Subscribers who unsubscribe and subsequently re-subscribe will not be eligible for another voucher if they have previously received or used this promotion.

• Excluded Items
  The voucher cannot be used on Sale Items, Gift Vouchers or Services, including repair services and collaborations. It is valid only on eligible products sold at their regular price.

• One Voucher Per Order
  Only one 10% new-subscriber voucher may be used per order. The voucher cannot be combined with any other promotional code, discount or offer.

• Non-Transferable
  The voucher is linked to the email address to which it was issued and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash or used by another person.

• Voucher Use
  The voucher must be entered at checkout in accordance with the instructions provided when issued. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the promotion where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected misuse or abuse.

• No Replacement Vouchers
  Replacement vouchers will not be issued for vouchers that have expired or already been used.
