Booking & Attendance

Inner Sanctum appointments are held at our Northampton showroom and are available by advance booking only.

A booking fee is required to secure your appointment.

This fee is fully redeemable against any order placed on the day.

Appointments are intended for customers considering a purchase, and are arranged on a one-to-one basis.

As time is reserved exclusively for you, the booking fee is redeemable against purchases made during your appointment and is otherwise non-refundable.

For further information or assistance arranging your Inner Sanctum private appointment, please contact Jeffery-West Head Office.
